We recently held our second Chinese Workshop for parents this academic year. The focus for this workshop was on the Year 3 and 4 curriculum. Like the Year 1 and 2 workshop the feedback from parents was that they are very happy with the program in the classroom but wanted a clearer idea of how to support their child/ren at home. We had an excellent discussion around the bi-monthly Chinese newsletter and how we can make it better.
As a result the discussions, Chiqui and I sat down with the Chinese team to “re-develop” the bi-monthly newsletter. The feedback on the redeveloped newsletter that went out last Friday has been very positive so thank you for that feedback.
