We have created a Feedback Essential Agreement in response to the June Parent Survey data. The data indicated only 80% of parents (compared to an average of around 90% for the other questions) felt the feedback provided by teachers to the children was helpful. There were comments in the survey data, from parents, suggesting that there was little or no feedback provided but the reality was that our teachers were spending hours a week providing feedback but obviously this was not being accessed by our parents and students for a number of reasons.
