The 3 way conference is an opportunity for the teacher, your child and yourself to discuss the targets your child will be working towards for the remainder of this term and possibly beyond. The parent conference, held in Term 2, is the parent and the teacher talking about the progress of the child.
The 3 way conference is 15 minutes in length and your child needs to be present at this meeting as they are the one sharing their targets (or wishes for the younger children) with you. As usual with the 3 way conference there will be an opportunity, should you wish, to talk to the teacher one on one towards the end of 15 minute conference.
You can book your slot on Gateway as of 9am on Monday 31 October.
The arrangements are below. You can either choose a slot during the day or in the late afternoon/evening. If you do want to meet with your child’s Chinese teacher please make sure you select your child’s Chinese teacher.

Year 5 and 6
8.15am to 4pm (last bookable slot is 3.45pm)
Tuesday 22 November
Year 3 and 4
8.15am to 4pm (last bookable slot is 3.45pm)
Wednesday 23 November
Year 1 and 2
8.15am to 4pm (last bookable slot is 3.45pm)
Thursday 24 November
Chinese team – 8.15am – 11.45am
All classroom teachers plus Chinese teachers 3.15pm – 7pm (last bookable slot is 6.45pm).
Please remember the Chinese Conferences do not have the children with them so it is effectively a parent consultation.
